Refinery Processing Agreement.
On behalf of HANSE ENERGY (OIL), we are seeking a new crude oil processing agreements on a global basis.
Selected and HANSE OIL accredited traders or brokers are invited to submit proposals for a processing agreement under which HANSE OIL will supply 0.3 to 0.7 million crude per month in exchange for similar volumes of oil products, trade sources with knowledge of the tender said.
We propose a freelance retainer agreement to appoint local on-site correspondents as a bridge between HANSE and our accredited partners and clients. The key details are as follows:
Retainer Fee: Agreed upon
Services: Independent, loyal representation
Payment: Monthly retainer

Indonesian state-owned energy company PT Pertamina said on Thursday it had signed agreements with HANSE INTERNATIONAL to develop a so-called green refinery and process a palm-based fuel blend in Malaysia (HANSE Refining). Pertamina said in a statement that it had signed a head joint venture agreement for the proposed refinery in Malaysia, which would produce fuel made entirely from crude palm oil (CPO), and a term sheet for CPO processing.
Pertamina also signed an agreement to process CPO at the HANSE refinery to produce hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO), which can be blended into diesel fuel.

A contract signed with a Japanese refinery for 80,000 MT of Saudi Light Crude marks a breakthrough for HANSE's crude oil traders in the Asia-Pacific market. The contract calls for a crude oil tanker (Aframax) bound for Japan to be loaded at Saudi Arabia Terminal in mid-October. The voyage will take about 30 days.
"You have to be patient and take the time to build relationships," says Suzy Nagy, head of crude oil trading at HANSE Alliance.
2024-06-11 Singapore - China will award a crude oil import license to HANSE OIL CHINA Petroleum, the first to be granted to an independent trading company since the Ministry of Commerce began allowing companies in the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone to apply, the ministry said in a statement late Monday.
The license will allow HANSE OIL to supply crude oil to the International Energy Exchange run by the Shanghai Futures Exchange and to import crude oil for refineries with quotas to crack imported crude, which include both state-owned and independent refineries.
The granting of crude oil import licenses to trading companies in the Zhejiang FTZ is seen as a move to attract participation in Shanghai crude oil futures, which were launched last year.
However, market participants said they expected the company to be more inclined to sell to the independent refineries.
"This will help improve the company's business in both physical crude trading and futures trading," said a HANSE On-Site Correspondent.

HANSE OIL REFINING ASIA and Pluspetrol signed a 2y term agreement for HANSE OIL supply of bulk Urea for monthly shipments from their refinery Malaysia to Colombia, starting in October 2024 by HANSE OIL (Iberica) Shipping S.L.
Pluspetrol is an Argentinean oil and gas company, which has operations in Argentina, Colombia, Ivory Coast, Bolivia, Tunisia, Algeria and Peru.
